This week I decided to make my families banana chocolate chip muffins. They have always been my favourite baked good my mom would make, they remind me of Sunday morning wake guppy’s to pancakes and fresh muffins when I was younger. Making these muffins was a family affair and me and my sister loved to bond with our mom and grandma as we made the muffins. This recipe is pretty simple to make however I doubled the recipe so I would be able to make more. The only challenges using the old recipe is that its a bit faded and so some of the instructions including how long to bake them for has been rubbed off. One way for me to improve next time I make this recipe is to keep checking the muffins regularly as they are cooking since we don’t know the exact bake time, I didn’t keep enough of a close eye on them and they ended up burning a bit.
